The fees for private patients seeing our GPs are provided in the tables given below. Patients are required to pay their account on the day of consultation. The fees are as follows:-

Bulk Billing

CBD - Not available in the CBD except in exceptional circumstances

North Melbourne - As of 1 September 2011, the North Melbourne clinic will only bulk bill the following:-

Chronic care plans
Consultations relating to a chronic condition in pensioners over 70 years of age with an active health assessment or chronic disease management item
DVA patients
The provision of pathology and radiology results to all patients
Government funded vaccinations for children under 16 years

Pensioners and children under 16 years: there will be a small out-of-pocket fee for all consultations not listed above. This fee will be between $15.10 - $15.45 (depending upon the type of consultation) in addition to the MediCare rebate – this will mean that there will be an out-of-pocket expense to you of $15.10 - $15.45 for each consultation after receiving your medicare rebate. Should this change in fees cause you any financial difficulty, please discuss the situation with our practice manager or your doctor.

Other points:

Please note that consultations are charged based on content and time.

Cancellation fees may be charged for failure to attend.

The fees for other services are available from reception.
