Appointments
Appointments are required to ensure that you are able to see your preferred health professional at a time that is convenient to you.
The first available doctor will always deal with urgent medical problems promptly.
Medical Emergencies: Our clinics will treat some medical emergencies. In cases of emergency that do not require immediate hospitalisation, please telephone the clinic first and we will advise you on the best course of action. If immediate hospitalisation is required or you are unable to contact our clinic, please dial 000 and request an ambulance.
Dental Emergencies: Our CBD clinic will treat some dental emergencies. In cases of emergency, please telephone the clinic first (T: 9944 6200) and we will advise you on the best course of action.
Appointments and Enquiries: Appointments and enquiries can be made in person or by telephoning the clinics (see below) during business hours. Requests for appointments can also be made by forwarding an email to one of the addresses below.
Cancellations: Please cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend. Cancellations can be made by telephone or by email as follows:
