On your first attendance in our clinic, you will be asked to provide some details about yourself and your health. This information is collected so that we may properly assess, diagnose, treat and be proactive in your health care needs.
ERA HEALTH uses electronic records. Advice and reminders of appointments are provided using SMS messaging to your mobile phone unless you have indicated otherwise.
ERA HEALTH clinics are accredited clinics under GPA Plus.
Please note that ERA HEALTH utilizes various security devices to assist in securing the safety of both patients and staff. This may include security cameras which are located in the public areas only.
