Both standard and tailored (to your specifications) pre-employment medical examinations are conducted. 

The standard pre-employment medical includes: - 

  • Completion of a medical questionnaire regarding current and past health, and work history; and
  • A complete physical examination including height, weight, vision, blood pressure and pulse.

 Additional assessments include:- 

  • Audiometry (hearing test);
  • Spirometry (test of respiratory function);
  • Urine test;
  • Drug and Alcohol Testing;
  • Chest X-Ray;
  • Pathology tests;
  • Basic physical fitness test; and
  • Specific assessments of musculoskeletal/physical capacity (eg. Lifting weights; hand strength, etc, and usually condfucted by a physiotherapist) 

 A written report outlining the results of the examinations is provided to the agency or prospective employer by fax or e-mail.
