We provide consultations by appointment but will see walk-in patients if we have available appointments. Please note that we are a mixed (mostly private) billing clinic and that settlement of accounts is required at the time of your consultation.
What to expect on your first visit to our Melbourne CBD Doctors Clinic?
When you arrive at our door for your first visit you’ll be welcomed by one of our friendly receptionists who will assist you throughout and help you in the entire process.
You will need to complete a new patient information form with some basic information about you and your health history.
We have three different types of forms depending on the reason for your visit.
If you are coming to see one of our Melbourne CBD General Practitioner, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, or Psychologist, you will need to fill a form with your health history.
If the reason for your visit is to see our Melbourne CBD Dentist, a special Dental form will need to be completed.
When you need to have a Melbourne CBD Pre-employment Medical or a Work Injury Melbourne, an Occupational Health form will need to be completed.
You will be requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any of the new patient forms at the reception.

Why do you need to fill a new patient form?
These forms will give us the necessary demographic information and/or information about your general health including any pre-existing conditions or other issues. This will help us to have a better understanding of what is causing your problem or symptom.
When your Melbourne General Practitioner, Dentist or any other Allied Health Provider is ready, they will call your name and lead you from the waiting room through to the Doctor consulting room or Dental Surgery depending on your booking type. Our Melbourne Doctor will introduce themselves and ask if you have any specific concerns or issues with your health and will go through the consultation to find the best outcome for your health.
